London – Inner Peace is an immersive experience that promotes meditation and inner peace. The “Nelson Staircase” installation, a replica of the Navy Staircase damaged during World War II, symbolizes resilience and the importance of peace.

“Music-mind-textile” combines intelligent interactive fabrics and musical performances to engage the audience in an immersive visualization, where their feelings and emotions direct the visual and sound effects.

Through the connected neural network of the participants, a shared experience is created and expressed through the interactive installation. This fascinating collaborative work encourages social engagement with the surrounding environment, uniting original musical composition with smart textiles, celebrating neurodiversity and inclusion.

The project is a collaboration between Amelia Peng, an MA Textiles student at the Royal College of Art; composers and musicians from the Royal College of Music; Foster + Partners’ Specialist Modeling Group; and DreamLux.
